How does verification work?
After you register and pay, a person reviews your business details, documents and (if given) GST information, usually within 24–48 hours. Once verified, the listing goes live with a trusted-vendor badge.
What does it cost?
₹2,000 per month, billed through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), renewing automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the vendor dashboard. Your listing stays live until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
How is a sponsored listing shown to citizens?
Clearly. Trusted-vendor cards carry a “Sponsored · Trusted vendor” label. Sponsorship never changes how other results are ranked — trust is the product, for you as much as for them.
What analytics do I get?
Impressions, profile clicks, call taps, map-direction requests, “get steps” taps and the top search queries that led to your listing, with a monthly summary.
